These commercial policies are aimed at individuals and businesses who make purchases through our online store or in one of our stores.

Visit our online store and select the products that interest you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. By ordering through our website, your order will be prepared according to your needs. You have the option of having your order delivered or picking it up on site when it is completed.

It is possible to come and make your purchases directly on site in our stores. If this is the option you choose, you will only be able to leave with the merchandise available on site in our boutique area. No special order or assembly will be prepared without a minimum delay. Prices for merchandise in store may differ from prices in the online store.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes. They may be modified at any time without notice.

All our products are guaranteed for their quality and freshness. If they do not meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We undertake to replace them, or reimburse you for them, as soon as the goods are returned to us. No returns will be accepted without having been approved in advance, if the 24-hour deadline is not respected or if the product has not been stored in a suitable place after receipt.

Purchases made via the website and which will be delivered must be paid via fully secure Paypal. On site, it is possible to pay by debit card and/or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). All orders must be paid for at the time of placing the order or upon pickup.

Delivery costs vary depending on the region and the total weight of your order. They are calculated at the time of ordering and are attached to your shopping cart. Based on the information you provide us when ordering, we select the most suitable transport service. These carriers are independent of Vrac en Folie and we cannot be responsible for their service. It is important to notify us if no one can be present to receive the package. Transport companies that have to return twice to an address without a response charge for each trip. You will be charged these costs if no special instructions have been given to us first.

As some products are fragile at high temperatures, we reserve the right not to ship them in hot weather. You will be notified in advance in such a case.

Soft toys and/or certain other items may require us to order them from our suppliers, which may result in a longer delivery time than our usual delivery times. This is beyond our control and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause you.

If, among the items you have ordered, one or more items or products are out of stock in our stores or with our suppliers, we undertake to reimburse you as quickly as possible and we apologize in advance for all inconvenience that these situations can cause you.

Please note that most of our products may contain or have been in contact with foods that may cause allergies, such as: peanuts, tree nuts, wheat or soy products, as well as dairy products. We therefore suggest that you contact us if you would like to know the list of ingredients for certain products in particular. We cannot guarantee allergen exemption in these foods unless specified by the manufacturer and the packaging is sealed. For products advertised as peanut-free, only formats sealed by the manufacturers can be guaranteed.
